Job Description:
Shadow UAS inventory and property tracking SME responsible for ensuring complete property accountability and documentation for the RQ-78 and RQ-7Bv2 Shadow UAS and miscellaneous items held by the TUAS PdM for further engineering or future training applications. Serve as the Shadow UAS Property expert with knowledge and experience in Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) for national level and Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) for unit and installation use. Able to confirm lateral transfers are properly accounted for and received by the gaining organization. Responsible for database maintenance and input of requirements for the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) for all non-fielded TUAS. Familiar with Catalogue Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) database to reconcile and reference existing data as question arise.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain/update the DPAS data bases Input LMP/GCCS-A accounting for TUAS (Shadow) Prepare manual documentation related to property accountability Prepare desktop and internal operations SOPs for day to day operations and property accountability procedures
Preferred Experience:
3 years property accountability experienceWorking knowledge of Property Book/Supply proceduresProficient knowledge of the following Supply and Property Accountability functions:AR 710-1 Centralized Inventory Management of the Army Supply SystemAR 710-2 Supply Policy Below the National LevelAR 735-5 Property Accountability PoliciesAR 740-26, Physical Inventory Control DA PAM 710-2-1Using Unit Supply SystemSupply Support Activity Supply System:Manual Procedures DA PAM 735-5 Property Accountability Procedures and Financial Liability Officers Guide
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA, 7 yrs./HSD, 11 years' experience or equivalent
DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
Must be available to travel as required
Demonstrated success in multitasking and working with employees:
Excellent communication and organization skills and ability to effectively interface with customers (internal and external) to include all levels of management
