UAV Contracts Manager In this Highly visible position you will be responsible for acting as the primary contact between Corporate and customer so that you can provide for successful contract/subcontract acquisition and win. You will manage all parts of contracts/subcontracts from proposal preparation to close out. You will be the lead regarding pre-contract discussions and negotiations, be responsible for reviewing terms & conditions, draft all appropriate contract documents, SOW’s and negotiate any modifications, ultimately ensuring compliance. Requires a BS and 7-10 years of DoD Contract/Subcontract experience. Must be experienced with FAR/DFAR guidelines. Must be a US citizen and be able to secure a Secret Clearance Full relocation is available
