UI Developer w/ iRise
Location: Seattle, WA

Hands-on experience developing HTML pages; minimum of 5-7 years experience working in a design capacity at a web agency, software company or other web-based business teams.
Extensive knowledge of web design fundamentals including user-centered design process, information design, visual design, and industry UI standards.
Expert, hands-on knowledge of design and prototyping tools and technologies (iRise, PhotoShop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Visio, CSS, HTML, Java, etc.)
Understanding of field user research, metrics and importance of ethnography.
Working history of delivering measurable positive customer impact.
Strong understanding of the fast paced consulting services model and have a work ethic to exceed client expectation.
Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams including development, user researchers, project management and business analysts.
Takes feedback in a professional manner and provides constructive feedback.
Strong communication and leadership skills; takes the initiative to bring new ideas and creativity to help add value to the.
Experience with visual design desirable.
Willingness to travel.
