• Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising and promotions policies and programs for Florida Real Estate sales primarily targeting the U.K. market.
• Design, develop and implement advertisements, brochures, websites & fliers for Florida Real Estate sales primarily targeting the U.K. market.
• Inspect layouts, advertising copy and other promotional materials for adherence to specifications.
• Liaise with advertising agencies and sellers to plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase Florida Real Estate sales to the U.K. market.
• Liaise with transatlantic airlines to develop partnership programs to promote Florida Real Estate sales to the U.K. market.
• Research Florida Real Estate sales and marketing data for the U.K. market and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
• Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
• Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
• Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies.
• Assist with annual budget development.
• Draft & implement policy & procedure manual for advertising & promotions operations for Florida Real Estate sales.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1 years’ experience in job offered or related field.
