Compensation Range

$80,000 - $100,000 annually + bonus plan

 

About the Role

Our client is looking for experienced VA mortgage underwriters to support both consumer direct and indirect mortgage origination channels. Preference will be given to candidates in the Midwest. The client is a top 25 VA mortgage originator and thus the bulk of the file load is VA, but there is a good blend of FHA, Conventional and Jumbo as well. Candidates with either a DE/SAR designation or Jumbo underwriting experience are preferred. About the Qualifications

• At least two years of current underwriting work history is required


• High school diploma is required; other education is preferred


• Stable job history


• DE/SAR designations or Jumbo experience required
