The VP -- IT Staffing Sales at Infinite Staffing Solutions Inc. ((link removed) or (link removed) is responsible for expanding our network and increasing our revenue by the acquisition and expansion of client accounts within the US market.

 Essential Job Duties




  • Be a Sales Hunter and generate new business and be responsible for new client acquisitions

  • Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients (Tier-1 / System Integrators / Implementation Partners / Direct Clients / MSP/VMS providers)

  • Leverage your proven sales skills to engage qualified buyers of our services, through cold calling and other successful communication techniques




  • Leverage the necessary technical knowledge required to establish credibility with client contacts at multiple levels

  • Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with Clients and Vendors to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing

  • Generate business from new accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships and demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques into securing profitable business

  • Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels, add company to vendor lists, generate effective requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions and thus drive revenues 

  • Must have excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within US IT Staffing Industry and be able to build upon new accounts

  • Document daily sales activity and progress in the CRM tool as required by Management

  • Meet required Sales Activity Metrics on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Meet required Financial Targets on a quarterly and annual basis.



 



Job Requirements:




  • At minimum, 10 years of proven Business Development experience within the US Staffing Services industry, focused on Information Technology business.

  • Should have Direct Contacts with the Prime Vendors, System Integrators, Implementation Partners, Direct clients in USA

  • Proven experience in carrying a book of business, developing new pipeline opportunities, and generating revenue

  • Recent history of target achievement and new business acquisition. Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results

  • Strong cold calling and professional network development experience

  • Experience leveraging a CRM to enhance your individual success in the field

  • Self-motivated with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations

  • Ability to Work Independently and Multi task in a Fast Paced Environment

  • Have a track record of success in providing positive communication, proper account/client relationship management and be in constant relentless pursuit of new and repeat business

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered



Travel




  • Expect to travel up to 80% of the time to visit prospects, customers, and attend client meetings.
