Norwegian Cruise Line, one of the fastest growing cruise lines and an industry leader, has opened a reservations center in Mesa, Arizona. We are a fun and energetic group with a positive working environment and culture!

We are currently seeking highly-motivated, customer-service and sales-oriented Vacation Planners for our East Mesa, Arizona facility.

Our Vacation Planners assist travel partners and direct guests plan dream vacations on NCL's fleet of ships by answering inbound calls and selling NCL products, as well as providing concierge level customer service to the guest.

We currently have openings in the following departments:

Inbound
Fully Independent Travel
Groups


Here's What it Takes to be a Great Vacation Planner!!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude
• Sales or call center experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends included
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows programs
• Previous experience/education in reservations, airline or travel industry a plus
