PCTEL Antenna Products Group, is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to train, manage and implement sales programs that help build and nurture key relationships with regional partners to support and enhance national strategy. Selected candidate will also inform the Management Team on local conditions and needs to assist in order to define and meet strategic sales and marketing goals for the designated region.

Selected candidate will perform the following:
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key regional accounts, including OEM and distribution accounts, in the region.
Manage key customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Pool together PCTEL’s resources to exceed the expectations of the customer.
Identifies and prioritizes strategic regional accounts and set regional sales goals, along with the Management Team.
Manage, track, assist and review manufacturers’ representatives, distribution partners and other direct regional sales staff.
Attend trade shows, conferences and symposiums as a PCTEL representative.
Assess trends, identify best practices and communicate information to the Management Team.
Conduct PCTEL Antenna product training for regional sales partners.
Track, promote and secure State and Federal contracts and opportunities.
Submit timely reports of regional activity pertaining to target accounts, OEM, distribution and other regional sales activity.
Work on special projects as assigned.
Ability and willingness to travel outside of the United States, specifically Mexico, Central America and South America, as required
Responsible for administration and financial management of regional office.

Skills:
The position requires the following:

Bachelor's Degree with focus on technical, sales management, business or marketing discipline
Minimum of 5 years related work experience, relevant wireless Antenna experience a plus
Travel as required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work independently
Advanced skills in MS Office
Intermediate internet skills
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in the English language, Spanish is a plus
Advanced skills interacting cross functionally with various departments, especially Development and Product Management
Advanced skills interaction with customers
