Precision Resource Company is seeking a Yard Attendants/Storeroom Helper for a long-term contract opportunity in Lancaster, Texas. The ideal candidates for this position will be someone who enjoys working outdoors and gets along well with others easily. The pay for this position will not exceed $10-12 per hour.
The contractors hired for this role will do a little bit of everything listed below. Some will be more dedicated to storeroom responsibilities than yard or vice versa but, all will do a little bit of everything.

Storeroom Attendant responsibilities:
Contractor will use Prolenium (internal system) for shipping/receiving requests. Issue and receive materials, filling orders, tracking inventory, packing Fedex packages. Mostly using Prolenium for tracking purposes.

Candidate will be working in a largely outdoor warehouse and must be open to becoming a certified forklift operator and using one. Candidate will also be taking inventory of large 1,000 to 25,000 lb drums.


Yard Attendant General Responsibilities:

- General grounds maintenance
- Experience with riding mowers, edging, hedging, etc.,
- Vehicle operation
- General repairs
- candidate must be willing to become a certified forklift operator
- candidate must have mechanical ability and be able to take apart equipment
- CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO DO MANUAL LABOR
Please note that this position will require candidate to work outside in the elements, rain or shine, year round.

Overtime may be required in an emergency situation

Candidate must have a stable job history
Candidate must be sharp when interviewing and discussing previous work exp.
Reliability and promptness are very important for this role.
