Must Have Technical Skills:

· Installation and maintenance of VM system and utility software
· Technical consulting to timeshare, customized, distributed, and
internal clients
· Capacity and configuration planning, performance measurement for VM
· Configuration planning and support for VM hardware
· 24x7 support
· Support (Install/Upgrade/Patch) the following software
z/VM 5.3
RSCS V3
Extended Matrix RPTG
Performance Toolkit
ISPF/DM
REXX Compiler and Library
DISP Mgmt GRP40
HLA Assembler
VTAM V4.2
CA VM: Manager
VM HSC (Host Software component)
MVSPROFS/VM - internal application in process of being
harvested
· Daylight Savings Time software updates
· SOX compliance reporting
· Assist with Harvest of applications

Nice To Have Technical Skills:

·Monitor monthly reports on performance and capacity

·Develop reports as necessary to support overall management of VM
·FICON CTC definitions and full implementation
·Support z/VM Business Continuity Exercises
·Coordinate tape and disk management with internal resources and
clients
