Zoe Mode is an independent developer based in Brighton (UK) that specialises in social games for non-traditional gamers. They believe that there is a video game for everyone and that there is a great opportunity to grow the market by targeting non-serious gamers with games they will enjoy!

They are currently working on projects with a number of AAA publishers and are focused on creating innovative titles with a wide appeal. They are looking for a talented Graphic Designer / User Interface Artist to work on an as yet unannounced multi platform, next-gen title.

You will be responsible for the creation of the user interface and will support the Lead Artist in the technical development of quality products, from initial design to final commercial mastering, within agreed schedules and costs.

Ideally educated to degree level (or similar), your communication and motivational skills will be exceptional. A strong design background and understanding of technological limitations would be looked upon favourably.

Essential Skills
• Strong graphic design skills – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience of interface design.
• Art asset management and organisation – Alien Brain/Perforce experience favourable
• Excellent understanding of asset generation and relevance to platform

Desirable Skills
• Project management techniques
• Flash experience
• Strong written communicator
• Previous games or interface design experience
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Track record of AAA titles.
