Travelmed requires an eCommerce Sales Manager to work as part of a busy Commercial team, to help generate sales and improve the customer experience online. The position requires coordinating and managing the upkeep of the website and further developing online partnerships through affiliates, advertising and online promotions. Evaluate traffic patterns on the site, implement tracking and management information systems for continuous improvement of visits, time on site and sales generated. Assist in web development projects, look for new opportunities and trends and report weekly to management on web activity including online booking revenue and visitors/page views. The successful applicant will have knowledge of Microsoft Windows and office, experience of writing for the web and a good working knowledge of web editing software packages and content management systems. Knowledge of the online travel market and ideally general marketing concepts. Good oral and written English language skills.
