EXPERIENCE:
         Working in The Salvation Army (Norwood   Ohio) as a Maintenance supervisor
       from 04/22/2013 to 5/26/2013.
         Worked as Site Manager in Globe Williams Company, Bank Al Etihad (main
       building and all branches in Jordan) maintenance section manager from 07/01/2012 to
       31/01/2013.
         Worked as a Mechanical Engineer in The OBO (Overseas Building Operation)
       American Embassy, Baghdad   Iraq from June 5, 2011 to January 16, 2012.
       Supervising and inspecting the projects, evaluate the contractor submittals to meet the
       US and international codes and standards and insure that all safety and US standards
       measurements taken out by the contractors in the projects.
         Worked as Government Owned Properties Maintenance Supervisor in The
       American Embassy At Amman   Jordan from 6/2006 to 05/31/2011. Performs full
       supervisory skills of the office buildings and ground maintenance, Construction
       Projects, Offices and Buildings Modification Projects and repair work in at least three
       or more recognized building trades. Independently with minimal supervision analyses
       and priorities work orders and coordinates work with the various work force
       craftsmen of the office building, the Chief of Mission residence (CMR), Deputy Chief
       of Mission (DCR), 170 short-term leases (STL) and other facilities. Independently
       supervises 12 FSN multi trade skilled technicians plus daily hired casual labors and
       service contractors. Responsible for supervising and monitoring the performance of
       the Housekeeping (custodial) Contractor (COR). Responsible for supervising and
       monitoring the performance of routine; emergency and annual Preventive
       Maintenance (PM) and repairs of the post's Facilities and all short term leases (STL);
       structure, mechanical and electrical systems; associated equipment and controls on
       daily basis. Familiar with all applicable U.S. and local electrical, mechanical,
       structural and safety codes. Familiar with Residential OSHA and POSHA.
         Worked as BMS Operator on The American Embassy At Amman   Jordan in Sep.
       1992, to 6/2006. Monitoring, maintaining and operating services for building systems
       and equipment to include: central cooling; heating; ventilation and back up air
       conditioning systems; Automated Building Management Systems, normal and
       emergency electric power systems to include back-up power generators; fuel systems,
       fire alarm and fire fighting systems; water testing and treatment, control systems,
       delta barriers and security gates; elevators; potable water distribution and storage
       system; swimming pool; fountains; and automatic irrigation system. Familiar to use
       powered and non-powered hand tools of electrical and mechanical trades. Ability to
       read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings and diagrams. Familiar with
       all applicable U.S. and local electrical, mechanical, structural and safety codes.
       Familiar with Residential OSHA and POSHA.
         Worked as a Technical Operator and General Auxiliary Building Foreman (8/1986
       to 1992) on Azzour Power Station (2400 MW) in Kuwait, from Aug. 1986 to Jan.
       1992. During this period I worked on: HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHU s, and
          controls), Water Treatment, Chlorination system, Fire Fighting System, Diesel
          Generator (4.5 MW), Main Unite desk operator, contain: - High press. Boiler (140
          bar) - Steam Turbine (300 MW).




      I have been in power plant operation foreman for 4 years, BMS operator for 14
      years (US Embassy), Maintenance supervisor for 5 years (US Embassy) &
      Mechanical Engineer for 1 year.


EDUCATION:
                   High secondary school, scientific branch, in Kuwait at 1983.
                   Diploma in Mechanical Power Engineering, from Kuwait Institute For
                Applied Technology, Kuwait on Jan. 1986,  A  Grade.
                  Three months training at Kuwait Oil Company, from Sep. 1985 to Dec.
                1985.
                  Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Almeda International
                University (USA) August 2009.
