    months of production. Lead the decommissioning and sale of the facility.
    YOY Improvements include 37% reduction in injuries, 25% decrease in customer complaints, equipment

    efficiency gain of 5.7%, exceeded production schedule requirements, and generated 224% ($1M+) in Variable
    favorability accompanied by 6% ($500k+) in Period favorability over budget.
    Providing direction for staffing reduction plans that correlated with production ramp down.

    Leading the development and execution of a project schedule that included transition plans for equipment,

    production, materials, full-time staffing, temporary staffing, and facility decommissioning.

    Quality, Cost and Delivery. Worked with area leaders to set goals and improvement plans.
    Led a cross-functional team of domestic and international colleagues to successfully transition a European

    package to the U.S. Directly responsible for the time, cost, and performance associated with equipment design,
    purchase and installation to support.
      Redesigned four packaging line layouts resulting in; $100.0K in savings due to staffing maximization and a
        39% reduction in floor space. Project was completed ahead of schedule and below budget.
    Planned and executed the transfer of four packaging lines from MO to NC. Met goals for budget, timeline,

    removal, installation, and start-up of the lines.
    Co-led the commissioning of a new packaging facility, specifically plant layout, equipment orientation/flow, and

    process flow.
