I have held Operations & Resource Mgmt positions at Pepsi Co, Sears Roebucks & Lucent Technologies.
During this time I was responsible for managing over 80 union warehouse personnel, 4 assistant managers,
12 team leads & 20 administrative nonunion employees. I was accountable for managing & presenting

While working I completed the bachelors program in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Technology at
Devry University on February of 2000. After graduation I accepted a role at ATT as a Manager of a Network
Operations Center (NOC). There I managed NOC operations & resources. I also gained experience with
several technology tools & telecommunications operations & concepts. I performance managed over 30
union technicians & maintained High Capacity circuits (Services) performance levels. Responsible for all

applications. While completing the Master s Program I began my career as a SAP SCM Business
Analyst/Consultant. From 2009 to present my career experience has been in ASAP methodology
