                  top 3 floors for a new tenant (135,000 sf) $34.4 million design and construction.

                United States Postal Service (Phase II), 90 Church Street Station, New York, NY. Design, gut

                  and fit out approximately 765,000 sf of tenant space, encompassing 255,000 for USPS operations

                  and  510,000  for  base  building  tenants.  Prepared  conceptual  estimates  and  schedules  for  lease

                  negotiations with tenants. Cost: $65 million design and construction.

               New York Daily News , Jersey City, NJ. Renovation of an old Clorox manufacturing facility (23

                  acres, 450,000 sf) for a state-of-the-art newspaper printing facility. Directed all facets, including

                  design and construction of the facility from ground breaking to occupancy, as well as coordinating

                  the  press,  material  handling,  equipment  and  installation  of  computer  systems.  Also  oversaw

                  contracting   and   installing   a   $1.5   million   security   system.   Cost:   $47   million   design   and

                  construction; $155 million overall development.
