                                      As part of the Branch Technology Refresh Program, manage deliverables for
                                    the Security department, specifically for User Single Sign-on (SSO) and Scotia ID
                                    provisioning tools (IDM). Projects include: Windows 8.1 upgrade, Organizational
                                    Unit (OU) and Group Policy Organization (GPO) Optimization, Microsoft Office
                                    365 Upgrade and Active Directory Restructure

August 2013 to June 2014       RBC   Project Manager
                                      Implementation of Planview s Project Management Tool and deployment to
                                    RBC business groups. Responsibilities include working with the Program to
                                    complete UAT and finalize training material as well as working with the client to
                                    define process impacts, execute training and migration to the new tool.

Feb/12 to Aug/13               eHealth Ontario
                               Sr. Project Manager
                                       Implementation of a Project Management Tool using Microsoft Project Server
                                    2010 and upgrade of SharePoint and MS Project. Responsibilities included
                                    completion and approval of Business and Technical documentation, environment
                                    build, application installation, interface to financials and active directory, testing
                                    and migration of all Programs and Projects to the new tool, and developing and
                                    implementing training and communications to the business community.
                                       Managed a cross functional team in the building of new environments to
                                    provide reporting from hospital sites to physician sites. Work included
                                    environment setup, application installation, secure connectivity, end to end
                                    testing, migrating current clients and onboarding new clients.
                                       Managed the Domain Name Transfer Project to redirect existing domain names
                                    to different IP Addresses. Also included the building of a Development and Test
                                    environment to ensure consistencies for future testing and deployments.

                                      Managed multiple client facing projects consisting of software upgrades and
                                    server upgrades. These included environment setups, security, testing and dry
                                    runs before upgrading to Production.

                        the Residential and Enterprise business types. These projects averaged 15 to 30
                        people.

                           Managed a staff of approximately 8 Project Managers. Responsibilities
                        included assigning projects, performing project audits, ensuring in-house PMO
                        methodologies were adhered to, mentoring, career development and
                        performance appraisals.
                           Worked with PMO to ensure project management methodology processes
                        aligned with PMBOK.
                    IT Integration Manager - 1996 to 2001 - AS/400, UNIX
                         Managed cross-functional teams for the application development and
                       implementation of Residential and Enterprise Order Entry, Order Management
                       and Customer Care Systems following SDLC methodology.
                         Product deliverables included the launching of Internet services, Residential
                       Toll Free and Local Services.
