the Security department, specifically for User Single Sign-on (SSO) and Scotia ID
provisioning tools (IDM). Projects include: Windows 8.1 upgrade, Organizational
Unit (OU) and Group Policy Organization (GPO) Optimization, Microsoft Office
365 Upgrade and Active Directory Restructure
August 2013 to June 2014 RBC Project Manager
Implementation of Planview s Project Management Tool and deployment to
RBC business groups. Responsibilities include working with the Program to
complete UAT and finalize training material as well as working with the client to
define process impacts, execute training and migration to the new tool.
Feb/12 to Aug/13 eHealth Ontario
Sr. Project Manager
Implementation of a Project Management Tool using Microsoft Project Server
2010 and upgrade of SharePoint and MS Project. Responsibilities included
completion and approval of Business and Technical documentation, environment
build, application installation, interface to financials and active directory, testing
and migration of all Programs and Projects to the new tool, and developing and
implementing training and communications to the business community.
Managed a cross functional team in the building of new environments to
provide reporting from hospital sites to physician sites. Work included
environment setup, application installation, secure connectivity, end to end
testing, migrating current clients and onboarding new clients.
Managed the Domain Name Transfer Project to redirect existing domain names
to different IP Addresses. Also included the building of a Development and Test
environment to ensure consistencies for future testing and deployments.
