I operate as a service technician for various customers including Century Link, Microsoft, AT@T,
Facebook, and Time Warner my responsibilities include installing complex data storing and
transmitting machines to vendor and customer standards. I install Infinera and Alcatel shelves in
central offices environments. This includes the installation of the bay and shelves along with all
cabling and labeling, (power in BDFB, fibers, cat-5/6) followed by the commissioning. Service the
routes as needed for updates and repair.
