         o Unlocked a BIOS password on a Dell laptop using a Python  script
           researched online and then transferred the operating system from
           Windows XP to  Ubuntu;  downloaded  and  installed  open  source
           photography editing software.
         o Cleared administrative passwords with  Linux  password  recovery
           software burned to a DVD.
         o Removed the BIOS password by  lifting  and  replacing  the  CMOS
           battery from the motherboard on a Windows XP desktop system.
         o Built a server from basic computer parts and configured  Windows
           2012 Business Essentials Server and a business version  of  ESET
           antivirus.
         o Networked routers and printers -  adept  at  spearheading  quick
           solutions and work-arounds from Calltech job.
         o Retrieved deleted files using "Undelete-Plus"; saved them to  an
           external drive and reinstalled the Windows  8  operating  system
           after it was corrupted from a YouTube virus download.
