adept at cultivating relationships and generating collaboration between the aforementioned external customers and internal customers:
underwriting, information technology, audit, actuarial, finance and claims. The end results are the following achievements:

premiums for 2010. In addition to the 8m+ 2009 written premium. I received the highest performance evaluation and earned the
maximum 25% bonus.
WR Berkley (Berkley Specialty Underwriting Mangers BSUM) - Generated a profitable book of business which grew from

less than $1,000,000 premiums in 2003 to over 8,000,000 in premiums year end 2007. BSUM produce a ROE exceeding 20 points for

80s to low 90s. I was promoted to AVP and made an officer of the company in 1998. The biggest accomplishment was the creation
and implementation of CGL and Work Comp program for the Georgia Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association. This program ran
from 1997 to 2002 and generated over 8m premiums with a 28% loss ratio.

Ironshore provided a promotional AVP opportunity to develop an Atlanta team to produce primary casualty, lead umbrella and excess
casualty for national retail brokers. I did write several lead umbrella and excess accounts and was exceeding my budget. Upper management
decided to discontinue specialty casualty operations in the Atlanta office. I was subsequently released and received 14 weeks severance pay.
My former territory is being managed by the Dallas office.

I rejoined Houston International Insurance Group in December 2014 for a promotional opportunity as Managing Underwriter for the West
Region. Because a recent corporate lawsuit has caused significant instability, I would be interested in an opportunity that can provide more
job security and production potential.

Best Regards,
