           component/wire repair shop which directly related to the successful completion of
           over 1,500 company assignments.
           Given responsibilities of supervisor while maintaining a lower rank within the

           military by establishing mature knowledge of the company shop as well as the
           meeting all Naval Aviation Standards/Publications.
           Instructed Aircraft component maintenance, determined repair requirements and

           made repair and/or replacement decisions on damaged communication, navigation,
           emergency and defensive components and wiring.
           Analyzed schematics troubleshot and inspected avionic components for proper

           compliance of repair and maintenance publications to ensure the highest quality of
           repairs.
           Evaluated and determined most qualified personnel for individual repairs by

           determining who the most knowledgeable candidates are and implementing them in
           their designated location in order to achieve maintenance needs in the most time
