 	Joined this start up operation with patented technology of long fiber glass reinforced compression molding process. Facility expanded from 7 to 43 employees in two years.  Responsible for all the start-up documentation and quality systems implementation from a blank sheet of paper.

Averaged over $100K annually in cost reductions through quality improvement alone while reducing department from 31 to 17.
PMI manufactures high volume thermoset friction products for OEM and aftermarket brake systems. Customers include Ford, Dayton Walther, Rockwell Int l., Kelsey Hayes and Dana Corp.
