Design and FEA analysis of the Automobile Driveshaft- Tools used: Catia V5 & ANSYS.
Redesigned the driveshaft of the Toyota Previa (1991-1997). Performed an analysis of the modifications and
fortified the couplings in the modified design of the driveshaft to compensate for road stress.
Design and FEA analysis of the Stiffened plate- Tools used: Catia V5 & ANSYS.
The plate was designed with three conditions: one plate without any stiffener, second one with a single stiffener at the
center, and the third one with three stiffeners at equal distance. This analysis was performed to determine which design
was more suitable for application in construction. Mesh convergence and the optimization process were applied to three
different designs.
Design and CFD analysis of the shell and tube heat exchanger- Tools used: Catia V5& ANSYS.
Shell and tube heat exchanger designed in Ansys Fluent and flow analysis studied with the two fluids, oil and water.
