Goals include achieving scrap targets, downtime elimination, and labor reduction needed to exceed budgeted objectives. o Launched 17 new programs in less than 24 months tripling top line sales. . Operations Manager - 2009 thru 2015 o Responsible for daily plant operation including but not limited to schedule obtainment, scrap, downtime and labor performance. Developing process and product procedures. Plant 5 S and ergonomic compliance. Work directly with Human Resources on hiring plant employees as well as performing disciplinary activities. o Over a six month period reduced plant scrap from 5% to 2% and labor content from 8% to 5%. .
