               Accessed Remittance Advice (RA) reports from ADAMHS' secure website and from MITS in order to
        reconcile paid claims, identify denied claims, and make corrections and revisions as indicated.

               Maintained records of claims by appropriate means, including hard copies, screen shots, etc. to
        provide a clear trail of activities associated with claims for the purposes of confirmation and/or problem
        solving.

              Provided a "Longitudinal Customer Survey" to program manager for each client who has successfully
