Co-coordinating with different venders (HCL, Hughes, Airtel, Tata and BSNL), for VSAT's Dispatching, Delivery and installations. V Attending the Customer calls coming at NC Helpdesk & troubleshooting/resolve the LAN/WAN problem at the RRB Branches on daily basis remotely by looking at various aspects of the problem. In case the primary as well as backup link of a remote site is down ,we have to coordinate with the Field Engineer and VSAT service providers to get the same resolved. V Implementation of ISDN PRI BRI RF & VSATS Solutions for providing a Back up Connectivity at each node of Bank's Network. V Maintenance of LAN & WAN Setup for the NC and its branches V Support provide for Commissioning and Maintaining the Lease line for RRB intranet V Coordination with organizations such as , Cisco Systems,Bandwidth provider (MTNL/BSNL, VSNL, Reliance, Bharti), Network Equipment Supplier .
