Please accept my resume for the open position with your company. My goal is to relocate to Ohio
in the very near future.

My former employer decided to relocate the operations to Las Vegas, and I declined to relocate to
that office.

I would bring several years work experience and college courses to be able to enhance a position in
the administrative/accounting field. The responsibilities and involvement includes supervision of
employees; training of employees; startup, management, and closure of offices; accounting
(profit/nonprofit); word processing; purchasing; human resources; data entry; spreadsheets;
arranged different size meetings; set-up and managed file systems; and been instrumental in
standard operating procedures for different offices; and marketing/promoting. I have a well-
rounded comprehension of the Microsoft Software packages plus trained people on the software as
well. Over the years, it has become a trait of mine to be able to juggle seve ral tasks at one time
and to meet deadlines. My other experience includes webpage design and maintenance; public
relations; travel arrangements; and other tasks related to large-scale meetings and fundraisers.

In addition, I have a working knowledge of Peachtree accounting software and Navision
accounting software. Plus I have used JD Edwards, but it has been several years ago and it was
the DOS version.

At my last position, I was the buyer/accountant for the Billings (Summit) location/division. This
position entailed researching, negotiating, purchasing, and staying in contact with all of my
vendors and customers. I was also responsible for all movement of the machines to different
jurisdictions. I was also in charge of the inventory including reduction of the inventory by
$2,000,000; when I had taken this position over. My other responsibilities for the office included
accounts receivable (invoicing, credits, receiving payments and applying, setting up new accounts,
collections), backup in the shipping and receiving department, general ledger adjustments,
quarterly and year end reports, tracking of RMAs, month-end adjustments, and setting prices for
parts.
