 	Conduct studies, surveys, environmental scans, inspections, investigations and educational in-services relating to managing risk in day cares & schools, long term homes & acute care facilities including laundries, food, lodging & marina facilities, remote feeding & housing operations, swimming & leisure pool facilities, food manufacturing plants, water & sewage treatment facilities, local landfills, air quality issues and mining operations

 	Provide leadership and on the job training for assembly line workers in highly mechanized plants including cook chill & freeze hospital food delivery systems, robotics in state of the art bakeries and meat fabrication plants

 	Establish work schedules, coordinate activities with work teams in both  in scope and out of scope  shops to achieve desired outcomes in production, while practising good stewardship of resources including metrics analysis

 	Participate in public and internal meetings facilitating and contributing wherever possible to the continued health promotion, injury prevention and education of the public and coworkers

 	Manage the start-up, implementation and ongoing assessment of numerous activities and events resulting in increased public awareness contributing to improved standards of operation and public safety

 	Consult with the public, operators and co-workers to incorporate their recommendations into operational efficiencies and the value added activities that save time, energy and effort while advocating and promoting public health initiatives

 	Continue to promote personal growth and development in this health profession while developing a deeper knowledge and understanding of the needs of others in this culturally diverse community of life
