•	Currently performing SELC analysis supporting the USSS IT restructuring.  This $1B DHS initiative encompasses
        all SELC and Acquisition activities to establish a new baseline architecture, application migration and
        communication support.
•	Reviewing previous CMMI level II training.

01/05 – 10/10		SAIC
Principal Systems Engineer; Honolulu, HI and Alexandria, VA
•	Assigned to PACOM HQ as the TOPAS Field Support Team (FST) site lead/systems engineer.  Instantiated four
        TOPAS suites (two each on SIPRNet and JWICS) consisting of  Dell PowerEdge 2950 servers running
        Windows 2003 Ent Ed, 2005 SQL Server, TomCat webserver and the TOPAS application.
•	I assisted in the development of technical solutions and performed systems functional analysis and
        test/evaluation activities. Analyzed IAVA security solutions; designed, engineered and tested solutions
        using proof-of-concept methodology for deployment into these classified government production environments.
•	Responsible for business development by soliciting new customers, giving capability demonstrations and
        performing new user training.
•	Coordinated new requirements and performance feedback from the FST’s.
•	Supervised a staff of SW testers on all issues related to system performance and requirements deviations.
•	Deployed to Afghanistan for one year as the sole TOPAS FSR. In addition to building, certifying and managing
        the physical server instances here in theater, I provided extensive formal systems of systems and assessment

Systems Engineer; Information Dominance Center (IDC) , Darmstadt, Germany
•	Managed a team of 4 developers on the worldwide support contract for the IDC at the European Security Operations
        Center (ESOC) in Darmstadt, Germany.
•	Established the SIGINT Technical Development Activity (STDA) where I was responsible for the systems integration,
        and advanced modeling via 3D visualization using Battelle's Starlight (SL) software.  Models included high frequency
        data streams and multi INT fusion products and network analysis built on Oracle 9i/10g.
•	As the Oracle DBA, I was responsible for the maintenance and creation of the SL XML.  Extensive experience in
        advanced 2D (Analyst Notebook) 3D and 4D StarLight modeling of complex networks - not only representations of
        lines of coincidence between nodes, but in thematizing the nature of those relationships showing sub-relationships as well.
•	Implemented an innovative cross-domain solution (NSANEt to JWICS VPN) for data mining and an Oracle ingestion routine
        for the IDC analytical processes.
•	Managed the integration of the IDC VPN into the Distributed Common Ground Systems – Army (DCGS-A) Spiral 1 within the
        ESOC.  This included the drafting  and staffing of the documents for the SSAA JWICS  and the complimentary NSANet IA
        compliance of PL 2 requirements (Retina scans, DISA Gold Disk, etc).
•	Completed the initial feasibility study for the DCGS-A mini brain installation at the 66th Military Intelligence (MI) Group.
•	Briefed senior military officers and civilian on the status of network security compliance, data compromises, and provided
        direction to mitigate potential security issues


05/03 – 01/05		Department of the Army, Bad Aibling Germany
Computer Scientist (Series 1550)
•	Managed the Automated Data Processing (ADP) section of the European SIGINT Center (ESC), 66th MI Group.
•	Directly responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of the CISCO firewalls, LDAP/PKI certificates and automated
        IAVA SUS server updates.
•	Responsible for the integration of ESC Multi-INT smart systems.
•	Managed the analytical development of the ESC all-source analysts, employing the principles of high frequency data
        acquisition, intelligence gathering techniques and SIGINT analysis to data manipulation and visualization using the
        entire ESRI GIS suite of  tools such as ArcView 3/8.x, ArcIMS 3/4.x and ArcSDE 8.x integrated with Oracle 9i.
•	Generated models and disseminated them via classified networks and presented them to senior leadership.
•	Tasked to relocate the $1.2 million ADP assets of the ESC from Bad Aibling, Germany to Darmstadt, Germany during a 2004 BRAC move.
