    . Single point of accountability for activation of new ATM /CDMS for
      Emirates National bank of Dubai
          And Emirates Islamic bank .

    .  Analyze and troubleshoot ATM hardware and software related issues by

      includes site readiness confirmation from business, coordination with
      vendors for ATM /CDM delivery at site, co-ordination with
      reconciliation team to open new ATM A/c and cash fill coordination
      with network team for IP parameters, addition of new ATM in base 24
      servers, test ATM transaction and declare ATM live and handover to
      customers. Installed and activated 350 Emirates NBD and 50 Emirates
      Islamic bank ATM\CDM


    . Replacement of existing old EmiratesNBD and Emirates Islamic bank
      ATM  /CDM  machines with New ATM  /CDM  machines  :

      The project include co-ordination with ATM  vendors for delivery &
      installation of ATM  machines, Coordination with transporters and
      business for delivery of new ATM  machine & pick up old ATM  machine
      ,co-ordination with cash team ,custodian ,engineer to remove cash and
      switch off the ATM  ,Co-ordination with internal as well as external
      team for generating IP addresses ,Co-ordination with cash management
      to load cash in new ATM  ,test transaction & declare ATM  customer
      Live, maintain new as well as old asset database ,discontinue old ATM
      AMC .


    . Integration of NBD  and Dubai Bank ATM to Emirates Bank Switch :

      The project includes co-ordination with internal as well as bank
      network team for generating  IP addresses , addition of IP address in
      switch ,Make the ATM  live on switch and arrange download  ,co-
      ordination with engineer for making necessary IP changes in the ATM
      Machine.Co-ordination with CIT agency ,cash management for removing
      cash , co-ordination with ATM  engineer & CIT to make ATM  live
      .(Total 150 NBD ATMs and 35 dubai bank ATMs sucessfully migrated on
      ENBD Switch)


    . Closing existing EmiratesNBD  ATM  /CDMs  and relocating same to New
      Location :

      The Project includes co-ordination with business team ,cash team ,ATM
      engineer to remove cash from ATM  & switch off the ATM  , Co-
      ordination & follow up with logistic  to move ATM  from closed site to
      warehouse or new site ,   about site closing , coordination with
      Security vendors ,Maintain closed sites database and inform same to
      finance .Discontinue closed sites  Asset AMC  & maintain record for
      same .


    .  ATM /CDM new  promotional Screens and Emarketing package  deployment
      :

      The project includes replacement of ATM  / CDM machines screens by
      network, request from bank business team , take approval from
      management , access ATM  /CDM by network and upload screens by using
      SCCM sever package

    . Memory and EPP Upgrade of old NBD ATMS on production:

      This project include monitoring performance of machine and co-
      ordination with vendor for upgrading machine memory and EPP keyboards
      where ATMs having low memory of 256 MB and facing regular issues like
      continuous restart, machine slow while dispensing cash. Upgraded 75
      NBD ATMS with 512 RAM .



    . 3rd Party Bank ATM s Addition in server :
      This project includes addition of 3rd party bank ATM s in our
      EmiratesNBD switch base24 like Hilal Bank , National Bank of Fujerah
      ,kingdom of Saudi Arabia bank etc.




    . Monitoring and Maintenance of Cash deposit machine server  :
      This project includes monitoring space issue and Transaction on
      insight server and if required get the back up of old Transactions
      like cash deposit, cheque deposited by customer. Collections of logs
      for all cash deposit machines Transaction and send it to system
      management team regularly.
      Identify and Monitor repeated failure machines and escalate to vendor
      like NCR and TG etc.
               Remotely access cash deposit machine journal logs and
investigate and solve cash dispute
