2012 - Present         Ivey Mechanical - Superintendent
            Nashville, Tennessee

      Night Superintendent at new 350 bed hospital in Poplar Bluff,
      Missouri.  Responsible for swing crews installing plumbing over head
      and in wall roughs.  Also had core drilling crews working layout and
      coring holes.  During duration of project started two crews installing
      seismic for entire building.  Total project $35 million fast track.

2011 - 2012      Outsource Telecom - Superintendent
            Austin, Texas

      Outsourced to Johnson Controls, Inc., for commissioning of all pump,
      chiller, cooling towers, FCUs, RTVs, VAVs, exhaust fans, evac. and air
      handlers.  Responsible for three electrical contractors.  Job located
      at Brook Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas.

2007 - 2011      Lynway Mechanical/Kilgore Industries - Mechanical
            Houston, Texas

      Responsible for all HVAC process piping.  Coordinating
      subcontractors, complete take off of material and ordering, tracking,
      scheduling, labor and material problems, setting of all equipment,
      chillers, air handlers, pumps, heat exchangers, VAVs and fans.
      Resolving day-to-day problems, all hiring of personnel.  Total project
      $2.5 million.

      Last six months of the project was obtained by Kilgore to complete
      the plumbing and sheetmetal side of the same contract.  Responsible
      for ordering all material for plumbers, sheetmetal, and testing and
      certifying of equipment.  Worked with project manager on scheduling
      and tracking of costs and labor.  Worked closely with owner, hospital
      personnel and general contractor.  Total project $14 million.

2005 - 2007 Addison Smith Mechanical - General Superintendent

      Responsible for all HVAC crews, trucks, tools on multiple school,
                       hospital and office building projects.
      Work included process piping, duct work, coordinating subcontractors,
      complete take-off of material, tracking schedules, labor and material
      problems, solving day-to-day operations of five to six projects.
      Total projects $12 to $14 million.

      Texas.  Quality control for Fort Hood Railhead, Killeen, Texas and
                 food processing plant in Lampasas, Texas.

1991 - 1999 Rock City Mechanical - Project Superintendent
            Nashville, Tennessee

      Responsible for projects covering plumbing, medical gas, chill water,
                 heating water, steam, controls, duct
      work, and all associated equipment.  All projects were construction or
                 renovation of hospitals.  Locations
      include:  Brownwood, Denton, Lewisville, Mt. Pleasant, Plano, and
                 Round Rock, Texas; Lancaster and
      Marion, South Carolina.  Responsible for three or more subcontractors.
                  Handle all day-to-day operations to
      include scheduling and shut downs for tie ins, all take-offs, ordering
                 materials and supplies.  Worked closely
      with hospital personnel and general contractor in coordinating
                 renovation schedule for existing hospital areas.

                 well as direct supervisory
      responsibility for two superintendents and one engineer.  Responsible
                 for reviewing and approving contract
      progress payments, ensuring contractors coordination and identifying,
                 processing, and resolving design
      conflicts, changes and omissions.  With a total value of $9 million,
      my contract responsibility involved process and non-process air,
      steam, condensate, chill water, utility water, flavor, potable and
      utility piping systems.

      Received training in plumbing and pipefitting.  Attained certification
                 in pipe welding.  Promoted to foreman in

      Accepted position as sheet metal apprentice, Local 238.  Completed
                 four-year apprentice program in three
