                             BACKGROUND SUMMARY

I have a broad knowledge of Human Resources personnel, policy and
procedures, employee benefits, provider billing and payments, HRIS,

      Benefit Enrollments/Changes/ Terminations using the Samsung GHR
System
      Provider Enrollments/Changes/Terminations utilizing Provider Web
Systems, Cigna,
      VSP, Conexis) later utilizing Mercer's IPA Autobene System automating
the enrollments.
      Worked with providers concerning claim issues and other inquiries
made by employees.

      Downloaded 401k, NQDC reports from Fidelity, requested special reports
      and submitted Service request, made administrative changes, and
      verified error reports as needed. Provided reports to payroll for ADP
      uploads.  Entered 401k changes to Samsung's GHR Hub.
      Ran reports out of GHR HUB used to reconciled all Vendors HR Monthly
      invoices (CIGNA medical plans, and dental, VSP vision Plan, Prudential
      Life and AD&D Insurance Coverage's, Legal Shield, Unum Voluntary
      Benefits, and various other plans, consultant fees and surveys we
      participated in.  Worked with Mercer's Broker team and IPA Team in a
      team planning for annual enrollments process and changes.
      Participated in Total Reward Statements for employees.  Worked closely
      with Payroll providing running list of changes and adjustments for
      biweekly and monthly payrolls for both RFT's and Dispatchers regarding
      changes for  new hires, status changes, EOI changes, etc.
      Answered all inquiries to our benefits mail box by employees, HR
      Business Partners regarding claims and other issued when it needed to
      be accelerated.  Administered the Employee wellness incentives,
      Fitness, Annual Physicals, preventative tests, and Lifestyle
      management changes.
