BACKGROUND SUMMARY
I have a broad knowledge of Human Resources personnel, policy and
procedures, employee benefits, provider billing and payments, HRIS,

participated in. Worked with Mercer's Broker team and IPA Team in a
team planning for annual enrollments process and changes.
Participated in Total Reward Statements for employees. Worked closely
with Payroll providing running list of changes and adjustments for
biweekly and monthly payrolls for both RFT's and Dispatchers regarding
changes for new hires, status changes, EOI changes, etc.
Answered all inquiries to our benefits mail box by employees, HR
Business Partners regarding claims and other issued when it needed to
be accelerated. Administered the Employee wellness incentives,
Fitness, Annual Physicals, preventative tests, and Lifestyle
management changes.
