In charge of a Team of 10 plus associates for processing appraisals and
       Deed Lieu for short sale dept. While providing one on one feedback
       on production, attendance, holding team meetings on changes in
       the policy and procedures to make sure accounts for FNMA,
       FHLMC, GSE, VA, USDA, and FHA were process correctly. Also
       made sure team was in compliance with bank policy and
