Responsible for all drilling and other well operations at the rig site and ensures well integrity and the application of Halliburton processes in the execution of well construction.
Manages service providers and third party contractors with respect to contracts and deliverables, requiring a commitment to quality from all employees, PSL s, and subcontractors working on the rig.
Leads day-to-day drilling activities, anticipate operational changes, find and implement remedial solutions to operational drilling problems, and prepare and execute short term and long term equipment and resource plans.

Responsible for all communications from the rig including daily activity reports and all incident reporting.

Successfully handle well killing operation by both driller methods and wait and weight methods.
Having good experience in various down hole complication such as caving, mud loss, stuck pipe, sloughing, heaving, swabbing, surging, drag, torque, kicks,H2S gas etc
L.O. test and determination of fracture mud weight. hole cleaning, smoothing, and stability.
Release stuck string, back off string, and fishing operations.
Casing running and cementing using one or two stages methods, remedy cement jobs, and balance cement plugs
All drilling, completion operations for directional and -horizontal wells.
Perform Coring operation and recording results.
Electric wire line operations such as: open and cased hole logging and correlations, casing gun perforation, bridge plugs, permanent packers...etc.
