Project Lead III (2015-2017)
Directed a Quest 1 Identity Manager and Data Governance implementation security project across a 1000+ employee environment. This included creating a business case using Microsoft Excel, a project plan using Microsoft Project, reconciling invoices to the $558M budget using Doclink and tracking resource hours for the level of effort using Clarity. Worked with vendor to design and implement the software in phases.
Led a $610M Protegrity implementation project to protect and secure Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) using Database and File Protectors. This included using their respective Data Security Gateway and File Protector Gateway features.
Drove several smaller projects including GE Centricity Group Management Version 4.7 Upgrade; rolled out iTriage mobile software to over 75+ physician clinics allowing patients to schedule their own appointments; and worked on an application development related project using Mingle as the Agile tool.
Assisted in ICD-10 project upgrade working with a project manager by escalating the project to the Business Owner for faster response from management and departments. Managed a 30 person cross-functional, technical team in the implementation of a $3.8 Million Midas+ Care Management and Curaspan Discharge Planning system across 21 hospitals following the Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology. This included data identification and mapping, interface identification and development, connectivity to disparate computer systems and security verification. Collaborated with C-level executives to regional representatives to hospital employees, All 21 hospitals had the patient care management system installed within a 9-month time frame.

Directed a smaller business and technical team implementing Crowe Horwath Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) software for creating cyclical financial reports. Completed first phase for Financial Reimbursement department, completed second phase connecting to a different hospital system to collect their financial data. The final phase brought in C-level and Regional executives to access the RCA system.
Conducted the initial implementation of Teradata, Informatica, and Erwin Modeling hardware and software in order to set up the first enterprise data warehouse in a six-month time frame. Worked with IT third line and second line management, including data center management for server installation.
Worked with lead project manager in the implementation of Optum Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC), McKesson Horizon Patient Folder (HPF), RightFax, and Remote Coding across the CHRISTUS enterprise system.
