 I worked on the multiple projects that were based on the therapeutic potential of the drug and cell targets.
 Specific experience working with protein-protein interaction, such as mechanism of cadherin and integrin on the
   cancer cell lines as well as stem cells.
 Have extensive experience in the Bioassay development and have previous industry experience at BLI.

Experience in Novel  Biomemebranemimicking   substrates  and  bioassay   design   for   cellular
mechanoresponse and proteinprotein interactions
   I have extensive experience in the novel biomaterial design and manufacture
 Used these techniques for phenotypic characterization of cells isolated from muscle and bone cell well as primary
    cells.
   Analyzed cell death assays, apoptosis vs necrosis analysis.
   Determined the cell cycle phases of the proliferating cells.
   Have multiple publications with cellular mechanoresponse on novel type of biomembrane mimicking
    substrates reported (Lin et al 2012 and Lautschum et al, 2014).

Experience in molecular biology including transfection and viral transduction, DNA isolation, cloning, etc.:
 Strong skills in molecular biology techniques such as RNA, DNA isolations and gene expression using qRT-PCR,
   microarray analysis techniques.
 Analysis of protein expression or quantification of secretion of cytokines or chemokines by immunocytochemistry,
   western blots, ELISAs.

Experience in cell-based and protein-based immunoassays, and working with primary cells and ex- vivo analyses
is desired:
 Have good hands on experience with various kinds of cells isolated from different sources such as mouse muscle
    cell and cancer cells.
 Extensive characterizations of the isolated cells both at transcriptional and translational levels.
 Experience in post transplantation immuno-analysis, which has also been shown in one of my recent publication
    (Lautschum et al, 2014, Ge et al, 2017).

Familiarity with cell purification techniques and immunological phenotyping procedures:
    Experience with cell purification techniques using stable transfection and transient transfection to label cells
   with specific biomarker, size exclusion membrane filtration and characterization of surface specific receptors.
   Extensive experience in processing mouse cell line and immunostaining samples , isolation of mononuclear cells
    and culturing to isolate different types of cells, maintenance, characterization, amplification and banking (Lautschum
    et al, 2014).

Familiarity with bioanalysis techniques such as protein purification and protein-protein interactions:
 Experience with HPLC and FPLC method to purify target membrane protein and retrieve from biomembrane and also
   typical SDS-PAGE and other column chromatography purification.
 Experience with LC-MS (Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Fusion Mass Spectrometer.) and MALDI-MS on characterize
   target protein and analyze the finger-print spectrum of target protein.
