Gusher Pumps is a manufacturing company located in Dry Ridge, Ky 41035. Gusher Pumps represents one of the largest selection of centrifugal pumps available from a single manufacturer. Models include close coupled pumps, self-priming pumps, vortex pumps, sludge pumps, multi-staged pumps, and full cantilever pumps.

*Gusher Pumps manufactures pumps for a wide range of applications including Din specifications, ANSI specifications, machine tool, and centralized coolant systems, automatic paint systems, industrial spray washers, filtration systems, phosphate and bonderizing lines just to name a few.

RESPONSIBILITIES Setting up and operating manual lathe, drill press, and/or Milacron machines Determine tasks needed to complete machined products; Must be able to follow job blueprints to determine machining requirements; including sequence of operations, required tooling, feeds, speeds, etc.; Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications; Inspects all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects; Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and within standard times; Maintains a clean workstation and cleans-up production areas as required; Demonstrate a positive attitude, along with a willingness to do what needs to be done (without taking shortcuts), to move to other lines and departments to fill company needs, and to learn and improve own skills; Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned by Machining Manager or any other member of the leadership team; All of these objectives must be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner while maintaining an acceptable level of quality and efficiency; Demonstrated knowledge of basic math, including working with decimals, and strong mechanical aptitude; Must be able to work required overtime that can be substantial during peak customer production periods.
