Job title: Shipping Administrative Clerk<br /> Start Date: ASAP<br /> Duration: 3- 6 months<br /> Address: Newark, CA 94560<br /> Pay rate: $21/hr<br /> Work Environment: professional<br /> Dress code:<br /> The Shipping Coordinator will provide administrative shipping support in a fast-paced environment with the business unit, and will be primarily be responsible for clerical duties related to the following:<br /> ** Mainly is a desk role within the warehouse **<br /> efficiently loading and unloading packaged and bulk trucks this will include order check-in/out, preparation, and vehicle dock placement utilizing the SAP software system;<br /> effectively communicating when relaying customer requests/requirements including but not limited to special requirements to the Warehouse and Operations team to achieve a satisfying experience for customers and their transportation carriers;<br /> interact with the customer service team frequently, answer and place phone calls often<br /> cycle counting and other SAP warehouse management tasks including blackout recovery<br /> direct communication with truck drivers, carrier dispatch, warehouse operators, plant management, shipping staff, customer service, and transportation teams<br /> performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned<br /> <br /> Requirement:<br /> Min. High school/GED<br /> Min. 2 years of experience in Administrative role<br /> Have some Customer Service experience<br /> <br /> Preferred:<br /> SAP experience<br /> Working in a Shipping/Receiving environment<br /> <br /> Pre-employment prescreens:<br /> Sterling Background Check<br /> 5 Panel Drug Screen with expanded Opiates<br /> Physical (including back screen, urinalysis, audiogram, lifting and mobility assessment, spirometry and respirator Certification) No Respirator needed.
