Job Summary

End User Support is committed to getting all locations Return to Office ready while handling relocations and restacks. Analysts will be responsible for equipment relocations and setup, software installs and peripheral installs, lifting, moving, Day 1-10 support

Strong working knowledge in the following areas

2-3 years’ of experience in Desktop Support
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
Asset Management
Microsoft Office 365
Service Now
