Technical Implementation Project Manager

We combine monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades such as LED lighting, technologically advanced HVAC solutions, Company IoT devices, temperature, and refrigeration controls; into an easy, one-stop solution.

We are seeking a technical, hands-on Technical Implementation Project Manager to grow a national and local network of electricians and HVAC/R subcontractors as well as lead / manage a team of 10+ Project Coordinators / Managers. This is a full-time position with a minimum requirement of five (5) years of experience in technical support and project management. Applicants should be experienced problem solvers who can effectively work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Lead the team that coordinates field installations across the US and Canada. Activities may include motivating and directing staff, setting performance standards, and addressing deficiencies when identified.
· Provide electrical and or HVAC /R technical support to ensure customers satisfaction.
· Develop business relationships with reputable electrical and HVAC/R companies and ensures partners are adequately trained, insured, and licensed.
· Managethequalityofworkdeliveredby3rdpartycontractorsandin-housefieldpersonnel.
· Prepare installation documentation / instructions to effectively communicate requirements to3rdparty contractors.
· Assist in the identification, investigation, and resolution of product reliability and performance issues.
· Handle customer escalations resulting from poor work man ship or equipment failures.
· Work closely with Field Operations Director in staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination.
· Prepare and deliver performance appraisal for staff.
· Train, mentor, and coach team members to further develop competencies.
· Leadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsthatareconsistentwiththecompany'svalues.

· 5+years hands - on electrical and or HVAC /R experience. BS in engineering or construction management is preferred.
· 5+years managing multi-disciplinary teams(15-25people).

· Experienceleadingteamsincustomerserviceortechnicalsupportenvironments.

· Solid track record of leading multiple, complex, cross-functional projects.
· Strongabilitytounderstandtechnicalissuesatasufficientlydeepleveltoidentifyprocessgaps.
· Strongtechnicalbackgroundandhappyto“rolluptheirsleeves”andjumpinifneededattitude.
· Demonstratedabilitytodriveprocessimprovementinitiativesandcoordinatelocalandnationalresources.
· Strongbusinessanalyticalskills,withtheabilitytoprobe,analyze,andinterpretissuesandinformation.

·Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel to meet/ exceed goals.

·Always connected and available to support staff with customer escalations or complex problems.
·Job requires computer literacy in Microsoft Office,including Excel,Word and PowerPoint


Education Required:

·Hands-on electrical and or HVAC/R


·BS Candidates should have Bachelors ME, BSEE or BSCM Degree
