VP of Finance


Lead the monthly close process and manage outside accountants (10%)

∑ Manage and work with the controller to record daily operational financial transactions

∑ Reconcile accounting system modules and subsidiary ledgers

∑ Record monthly journal entries

∑ Reconcile balance sheet statements

∑ Review revenue and expense accounts

∑ Prepare financial statements for each month

Oversee TVisionís annual budget and forecasting process from end to end (10%)

∑ Operating capital and cash budgets

∑ Work individually with each department head in setting departmental budgets for each calendar year

∑ Control activities around spending for each department

Financial modeling (40%)

∑ Look for opportunities to suggest areas to improve business performance

∑ Manage growth, P&L and internal headcount, including historical results and assumptions, income statement and balance sheet

∑ Building supporting schedules and cash flow model

∑ Performing sensitivity analysis and scenarios

∑ Building charts and graphs

Manage the entire AR/AP process and optimize cash management (15%)

∑ Manage all vendor payments and incoming revenue

∑ Track aging accounts and all invoices

Supporting the CEO in securing additional capital raise (5%)

Manage the companyís investor relationship (10%)

∑ Prepare board desk, investor updates and attend financial meetings

Work with the Sales leader in areas of revenue recognition and commission structure and payment (10%)

∑ Work closely with the CRO to establish 2021 Sales Commission plans and will be responsible for working with the VP of HR for all Sales Commission payments

∑ Manage the vendor and client payments

∑ Manage TVision revenue recognition and help identity specific conditions in which revenue is recognized and received

May telecommute from any U.S. location up to 100% of the work week

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelorís degree or foreign degree equivalent in Economics, Mathematics or a related field plus four years of experience in investment banking, public companies and early-stage/growth-stage startups.

Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include the following:

∑ 4 years of experience with fundraising;

∑ 4 years of experience with leading financial audits;

∑ 4 years of experience with cash management;

∑ 3 years of experience with feature and analytics engineering; and

∑ 3 years of experience with algorithms and optimization.
