Lead Knowledge Analyst-Technology Advantage (The Boston Consulting Group, Inc.- Boston, Massachusetts): Work with consulting teams to apply our product, lead the design of specific recommendations on the clients’ digital transformation, and develop and run one of BCG’s key digital programs: the Digital Acceleration Index (DAI). Specific duties include: drive Agile product development forward by incorporating new digital trends and technologies into our products and approaches; provide deep knowledge for client work with a focus on our digital products and topics; structure analysis in client-ready output, tailor messages to the audience and deliver the results in client meetings; provide extensive knowledge on different aspects of a digital transformation; coach client teams on how to leverage the KT teams and act as a junction between the two worlds; help navigate the client teams across the different offerings within the firm; develop new ideas to incorporate digital trends and technologies to ensure we are delivering the best possible product; support product marketing efforts to promote our products to our clients; and contribute to the improvement of our analytic tools, client apps, and Agile ways of working. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Engineering Management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years of experience as an analyst supporting technology development and innovation, including at least two (2) years in management consulting. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Information Technology Management, Engineering Management (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as an analyst supporting technology development and innovation, including at least two (2) years in management consulting. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): (i) applying knowledge of technology enabled business transformation, digital transformation, and organizational transformation to deliver enterprise-level IT and digital projects; (ii) running belief audit interviews with senior client executives describing the Digital framework, collecting insights, and providing expertise from other industries and prior experiences; (iii) working in digital or IT related topics; (iv) working on UI/UX design for mobile and web-based applications; (v) deriving valuable recommendations on digital transformations; (vi) preparing and facilitating workshops and masterclasses with clients and internally within the firm; (vii) incorporating digital trends into products; (viii) applying knowledge of digital products to client work; (ix) and using Alteryx or Talend data processing tools and Tableau or Qlikview data visualization tools.
