JOB TITLE:
Management Analyst

JOB DUTIES:
Conduct research, building financial models to calculate market value of the company and to help company engage with investors and implementing fund-raising strategies; analyze business risk and operational efficiency for current business structure and client base to assess financial risk and opportunities, develop company structure analytical models to inform business decisions; gather information from different time period to develop standard procedures, alternative practices and recommend new methods of proceeding for the management to operate in a more efficient direction; analyze historical data, financial, accounting and other management-related factors to suggest appropriate solutions on product pricing, financing, and employee incentive strategies; participate in the preparation of budgeting, forecasting, and corrective action plans, provide data analysis and reports to help management make decisions regarding new projects and product lines; provide analysis to the management team on the relative costs and benefits of potential actions - such as recruiting, spending, etc. - to choose the most appropriate approach to operational challenges.

REQUIREMENT:
Master’s degree in Business, Management Science, or Engineering.

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
40 hours per week
