Our client an international market leading professional services consultancy seek to recruit a driven and successful Field Sales Manager to lead a talented team within a dynamic sales driven organisation. You will take responsibility for the management of a team of field based sales professionals operating in Toronto and throughout Ontario, with the focus on the effective leadership, Coaching and development of the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve new business targets. Key duties will include:

Develop, implement and executive effective sales strategies for the sales team.
Ensure Business Development Managers maintain consistent performance against their assigned performance metrics.
Lead team meetings, one-on-one reviews and individual coaching sessions.
Join onsite and virtual meetings to help coach and develop the sales team, assist in the sales cycle and to improve conversions ratios.
To be responsible for all recruitment, inductions and sales training for all members of the team.
Total responsibility for a team of Business Development Managers and their on-going development and performance management.
Ensure team members are skilful in the application of self-generated new business and closing appointments to increase sales.
Responsible for ensuring sales compliance and best practice in relation to the sales process and client experience.
Working closely with Digital Marketing to track performance, drive lead generation opportunities, track conversion ratios and sales performance.
Work closely with Events team on local and national events to maximise revenue opportunities from events and partners.
Ensure team members are skilful in the application of new business pricing.What you will bring to the role:

Significant experience of leading a Team of Sales professionals within a B2B environment, great leadership skills, always seeking to bring out the best in others.
Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Directors and HR Managers. Demonstrates the ability to drive and motivate team members within a high performance culture, with a passion for achieving the highest levels of employee morale and satisfaction.
Experience in HR, HR Technology, software sales or other consulting related fields
Independent decision making and accountability for execution of business objectives for all areas of responsibility
Thorough understanding of client's needs, strong understanding of internal policy and procedures and strong written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
