Interaction Recruitment are seeking technically minded individuals with a strong background in customer service to join a large IT team on a part-time basis working approximately 20 - 24 hours per week including Weekends.
Your duties as a Service Desk Support Analyst will be:
Responding to external calls/emails relating to customer IT faults
Logging incidents into CRM system
Liaising with technical support teams to resolve issues within agreed service level agreements
The following experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided:
Minimum of 6-months experience in a customer support/helpdesk environment
Previous experience working to KPIs
An excellent telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
This opportunity will suit someone who is potentially looking to pursue a career in IT. We are primarily seeking candidates to work mornings starting at 7am.
