Onsite Role: 5 days in onsite Duration: 12+ months Client: Uline How much worth of money you have worked on About the Role Manage all aspects of the end-to-end project delivery life cycle Navigate ambiguity to deliver results Maintain project artifacts, drive project delivery governance and collaborate across teams to collect, drive, track and communicate key delivery milestones Maintain a roadmap & provide comprehensive project status reporting Establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics Identify, understand, and mitigate issues and risks proactively with project teams, business partners, and leadership Manage budget, timeline, and scope throughout the course of all assigned projects Maintain project information and updates in project planning and management systems Champion & drive data governance standards and principles Champion DM&E capabilitie Required Skills & Experience: Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field and 8+ years related experience in IT related field 5+ years experience in project management 5+ years experience in data and analytics consulting Broad experience in data and analytics as well as information architectures specifically Scrum Master certification required Experience with managing multiple Scrum teams at once Qualified candidates should have experience with reporting against a Sprint Burndown and representing progress/velocity using Story Points Qualified candidates should have experience engaging with clients on multiple levels beyond just scope/schedule/budget communications. Experience in managing risk identification and migration strategies, driving them to completion using C level type stakeholders Experience conducting and leading client facing meetings/workshops, managing expectations and experience with account growth and expansion required. Experience with Iterative and Agile methodologies Competencies in Microsoft Office suite, Jira and Confluence Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity Excellent presenter, influencer Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum events including the daily scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.
