Hello , Urgent hiring for Scrum Master with Portfolio Project Management . Title : Scrum Master Location: Chicago, IL / Richardson, TX(Remote till Covid Restrictions) Experience: 10 15 Years Required Skills - Portfolio & Project MGMT (PPM) Roles & Responsibilities : Coach and help teams understand scrum processes Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly Enable Process adherence within the teams Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning updating prioritizing and refining backlogs. Support design development and delivery of a practical hands-on coaching and mentoring environment in helping client and Cognizant development teams to become more Agile. Excellent organizational skills communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue .
