Position: Java Developer Location:: Everett ,WA Job Type: Contract Experience: 8+Years USC and GC only Job Description: Technical/Functional Skills: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Java, Python, C++ technology Having .Net knowledge is an added advantage Good to have Manufacturing / Design / Wiring experience Experience in Oracle / MS SQL Database Design Work experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server) Strong Agile Way of Working Experience (Scrum/SAFe) Strong Problem solving and analytical skills (especially around the areas of performance, scalability on the above-mentioned technologies) Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision. General knowledge of manufacturing process and Aviation business acumen. Collaboratively work infrastructure and support team to discover creative, best practices Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both orally and in writing Roles & Responsibilities: Participate in requirements analysis Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture Write clean, scalable code using Java, Python, C++, .NetProgramming languages Test and deploy applications and systems Revise, update, refactor and debug code (Java, Python, C++, .Net) Improve existing software Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support Producing code using Java, Python, C++, .Net languages Providing technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications Identify patterns and replicate best practices. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical queries Perform PoC on alternate solutions and applications Passion for technology and can navigate his/her way across complex and niche developments happening over the applications used by staying on informed of latest trends and by sharing knowledge. Strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards etc.
