Proven work experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect for at least 5+ years Hands on Experience in Apex, Lightning Experience , Lightning Component Development; Community Cloud is a must Salesforce Architecture and ability to guide development team on best practices Experience in the technical leadership of large software implementation projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external Customers. Familiarity with (link removed) best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required. A healthy blend of technical savvy, business acumen, and subject matter expertise Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills Must be able to handle offshore dev teams Ability to be effective in an environment of rapid change and complexity Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
