1. Lead a team of DevOps consultants to deliver cloud infrastructure solutions, design and deploy DevOps programs focused on CI/CD deployment pipelines, redesign and re-architect applications to take advantage of native cloud operations (agility, scale, etc.), and deliver Big Data projects focused on structured (i.e. Oracle, SQL, MySQL) and unstructured (i.e. Hadoop, EMR), solutions.
2. Provide cloud advisory services working closely with senior leadership with Financial Services clients to understand industry challenges and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.
3. Drive strategic direction of major transformation activities and manage the engagement via governance to ensure delivery.
4. Develop technology strategy and future state architecture for the clients in alignment with their business strategic plans.
5. Manage delivery quality, project governance, project financials, and personnel staffing.
6. Develop market-leading sales collateral for building scale and awareness of technology strategy and architecture consulting capabilities.
7. Participate in developing presentations/white papers and articles for conferences/publications (internal and external).
8. Help lead business development initiatives focused on technology architecture and strategy targeting CTO organization (EAs, Strategy, and Chief Architect) and create value propositions.
9. Develop industry solution maps for each technical specialty and engage the leading solution and service providers for each.
10. Drive collaboration and integration between multiple partners to deliver comprehensive solutions for large enterprises.
11. Develop the engagement model for driving the design for the newest platform web services, to open new market segments and clear the way for cloud-based IT using AWS in each technology area.
12. Work with AWS engineering service teams to convey technical requirements from partners and customer as input to AWS technology roadmaps.
13. Up to 50% domestic and international travel required.
